Standalone Licence Installation

Introduction

Once generated, the standalone licences are installed as per the steps below. These assume the products are either newly installed or the current licences have expired.

S3GRAF

To install the standalone licence on a new installation of S3GRAF, please follow these steps:

1. Launch S3GRAF. This will display the ‘Standalone Unavailable’ dialog.

2. Click on the Licence button to display:

3. Click on the ‘Install Licence File’ and Yes on the ‘Have you received a standalone licence file’ dialog.
4. On the ‘Choose Licence File’ dialog, navigate to the licence location, highlight the correct file and click on ‘Open’ to display the following dialog:
5. Click on OK to close this dialog and OK again to close the ‘Standalone unavailable’ dialog.

S3GRAF can now be launched.

S3quickbuild

To install the standalone licence on an installation of S3quickbuild, please follow these steps:

1. Launch S3quickbuild. This will display the ‘Standalone Unavailable’ dialog.

2. Click on the 'Licence' button to display:

3. Click on the ‘Install Licence File’ buttoon and Yes on the ‘Have you received a standalone licence file’ dialog.
4. On the ‘Choose Licence File’ dialog, navigate to the licence location, highlight the correct file and click on ‘Open’ to display the following dialog:
5. Click on OK to close this dialog and OK again to close the ‘Standalone unavailable’ dialog.

S3quickbuild can now be launched.

S3control

To add the S3control standalone licence:

1. Save the attached licence file to any folder you normally use when receiving files.
2. Launch S3control. This will probably launch the ‘S3control licence locator’ dialog box. If this is not displayed, choose File – Licensing from the top menu items then click on Licence
3. Click on the ‘Stand Alone’ tab if it is not selected:

   

4. Click on the folder icon and browse to the file you have received.
5. Highlight the file and click on Open. This will populate the ‘Licence File Location’ with the path to this licence file.
6. Click on OK to install this file.
7. Click on OK to close the ‘Licence installed’ dialog and restart S3control.

S3schedule

To install this licence, follow these steps:

1. Launch S3schedule when you are not connected to the network.
2. On the Licence status dialog displayed, click on the Licence button:

   

3. Select the folder icon:  and navigate to the licence file location.
4. Highlight the file and click on Open. This will populate the ‘Licence File Location’ with the path to this licence file.
5. Click on OK to install this file.
6. Click on OK to close the ‘Licence installed’ dialog and restart S3schedule.

S3chembuild

To install this licence, follow these steps:

1. Launch S3chembuild when you are not connected to the network.
2. On the Licence status dialog displayed, click on the Licence button:

   

3. Select the folder icon:  and navigate to the licence file location.
4. Highlight the file and click on Open. This will populate the ‘Licence File Location’ with the path to this licence file.
5. Click on OK to install this file.
6. Click on OK to close the ‘Licence installed’ dialog and restart S3chembuild.
