Introduction
The same Standalone locking codes are used to generate the standalone licence files for the following applications:
- S3GRAF
- S3quickbuild
- S3chembuild
- S3control/S3optima
- S3schedule
Please follow the steps below for the appropriate application to provide the required Standalone code details:
S3GRAF
When S3GRAF is installed on a workstation for the 1st time, the “Standalone Unavailable” licence dialog will be displayed. Provide a screen shot of the standalone licence code as detailed below:
- Launch S3GRAF. You will be presented with the Licence expired dialog.
- Click on the Licence button
- Provide a screen shot of the Standalone Unavailable dialog indicating the Standalone Licence codes:
Once this has been provided to Sciencesoft Support, the new licence file and installation instructions will be issued.
S3quickbuild
When S3quickbuild is installed on a workstation for the 1st time, the “Standalone Unavailable” licence dialog will be displayed. Provide a screen shot of the standalone licence code as detailed below:
- Launch S3quickbuild. You will be presented with the Licence expired dialog.
- Click on the Licence button
- Provide a screen shot of the Standalone Unavailable dialog indicating the Standalone Licence codes:
Once this has been provided to Sciencesoft Support, the new licence file and installation instructions will be issued.
S3control/S3optima
To provide the Echo Id or standalone licence code, from the installation of S3control, please follow these steps:
- Launch S3control. This will launch the ‘Licence status’ dialog box.
- Click on Licence, to display the ‘S3control licence locator’ dialog box.
- Click on the ‘Stand Alone’ tab to display the Echo ID value:
Clicking on the ‘Send Email’ button to launch a new email form. Complete this and submit this to Sciencesoft Support.
S3schedule
To provide the Echo Id or standalone licence code, from the installation of S3schedule, please follow these steps:
- Launch S3schedule. This will launch the ‘Licence status’ dialog box.
- Click on Licence, to display the ‘S3schedule licence locator’ dialog box.
- Click on the ‘Stand Alone’ tab to display the Echo ID value:
Clicking on the ‘Send Email’ button to launch a new email form. Complete this and submit this to Sciencesoft Support.
S3chembuild
To provide the Echo Id or standalone licence code, from the installation of S3chembuild, please follow these steps:
- Launch S3chembuild. This will launch the ‘Licence status’ dialog box.
- Click on Licence, to display the ‘S3chembuild licence locator’ dialog box.
- Click on the ‘Stand Alone’ tab to display the Echo ID value:
